Senior Director, Implementation & Onboarding at Mediafly

Mara Ana Hill has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Mara Ana started their career at Chase Bank in 2003, where they held various roles including Senior Teller, Teller, and High School Intern. In these positions, they supervised the teller line, trained employees, and managed cash flow and operational activities.

In 2012, they moved on to Ecova, where they served as a Telecom Supervisor, managing and developing a team of 11 members. Mara Ana was responsible for ensuring optimal performance, customer satisfaction, and efficiency within the department. During their time at Ecova, they also took on the role of Client Onboarding Manager, where they coordinated pre-onboarding, onboarding, and post-onboarding activities for Ecova's suite of Commercial and Industrial offerings.

In 2019, Hill joined ENGIE Impact as a Strategic Client Onboarding Manager. Mara Ana'sresponsibilities included leading and coordinating pre-onboarding and onboarding activities, developing global onboarding strategies and processes, training onboarding managers, and assisting the senior manager with team coordination.

Most recently, Hill joined Mediafly in 2021. Mara Ana has held various roles within the company, starting as an Implementation & Onboarding Manager and progressing to Senior Implementation & Onboarding Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Director, Implementation & Onboarding.

Throughout their career, Hill has consistently demonstrated their ability to lead and coordinate teams, develop strategies and processes, and manage client onboarding activities. Mara Ana'sexpertise lies in implementation, onboarding, and customer service.

From 2005 to 2009, Mara Ana Hill attended Gonzaga University, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General studies.
