Manuel Martinez has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Manuel began their career as a Design Engineer at Electro Componentes Mexicana, where they were responsible for designing magnetic components. Manuel then worked as a Teleport Operations Engineer at Televisa, where they handled the operation and maintenance of video compression systems.

After that, Martinez joined Bayer Diagnostics as a Field Service Engineer, focusing on hematology and immunology electronic equipment maintenance. Manuel later transitioned to Tandberg Television, an Ericsson company, where they held various positions including Systems Engineer and Systems Engineering Manager, responsible for video compression systems design, configuration, installation, and customer training.

Martinez then joined Ericsson and took on the role of Head of Systems Engineering Americas, leading a team responsible for improving product quality and deployment efficiency. Manuel also served as a Sr Solution Architect, E2E Solution Architect, and Manager Solution Architect/Subject Matter Expert group, specializing in media processing, TV platforms, and integration of video delivery systems with different backends.
