Neil Galloway

Neil Galloway has extensive experience in program and service delivery management, currently serving as a Senior Program Manager at MediaKind since June 2018. In this role, Neil manages service delivery for multiple tier 1 customers across Europe. Previously, Neil worked at Ericsson from 2006 to July 2022, where various roles included Service Delivery Manager, Customer Project Manager, Global Project Manager, and Project Engineer, demonstrating a strong background in customer operations and project management within the telecommunications industry.
