Emma Drach

Emma Drach is a Human Resources Officer at Médiane Système since September 2021, responsible for defining and implementing HR projects, policies, and strategies, including work time management, training, recruitment, mobility, workplace improvement, and compensation policy. Previously, Emma held the position of Chargée de Recrutement, overseeing the entire recruitment process, developing recruitment strategies, and engaging in employer branding through various communication channels. Prior to joining Médiane Système, Emma gained experience as a Conseillère Commerciale at METRO France and served as a Moniteur de colonie at MJC La Buisse and Amicale du personnel du CHU de Grenoble. Emma holds a Master's degree in Economie Des Organisations - Ressources Humaines from the Faculté d'économie de Grenoble, alongside a BAFA certification from UFCV.
