Ninad Pol

Ninad Pol started their work experience as a Senior QA Engineer at Josh Software Private Limited in December 2007. Ninad worked in this role until July 2014. In August 2014, they joined Mediaocean as a Senior Quality Analyst and later became the Quality Assurance Lead in April 2016. At Mediaocean, they played a key role in developing their mission-critical platform for omnichannel advertising, managing campaigns from planning to analysis and payments, and optimizing business outcomes using AI and machine learning technology.

Ninad Pol completed their Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from Pune Vidyarthi Griha's College of Engineering in Pune from 2003 to 2007. Prior to that, they obtained their S.S.C degree from SDKHS, Maharashtra Board from 1996 to 2001. In addition to their formal education, Ninad Pol has also obtained certifications in "Balancing Work and Life" from LinkedIn in March 2023 and "Agile Expert Level2 (Technical)" from AgileWaters Consulting in July 2022.
