Imen B. has a diverse work experience in various industries. In their most recent position, they served as the Chief Financial Officer Europe at mediarithmics starting in 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Léni as the DGA - Finance, juridique et RH from 2019 to 2021.

Imen also held the role of Directeur administratif et financier at Newsmed from 2012 to 2018. Imen'sresponsibilities included creating and managing the financial department, recruiting and leading a team of 10 people, implementing financial and purchasing information systems, and establishing payment methods.

Before joining Newsmed, Imen worked as a Contrôleur financier at Wolters Kluwer from 2008 to 2012. In this role, they were responsible for financial control and management reporting in the BU, as well as participating in the divestiture project for the BU Health.

Imen's earlier experience includes working as a Contrôleur de gestion distribution at Groupe Tollens (Cromology Services) from 2005 to 2008, where they analyzed commercial margins and P&Ls, optimized stocks, and developed a training plan for management. Imen B. has a diverse education history. Imen obtained a Maîtrise de Sciences de gestion degree in Finance et Contrôle from IAE FRANCE - Écoles Universitaires de Management in 2001. Following that, they pursued a DESS degree in Innovation et Intelligence économique from Université Lumière Lyon 2, which they completed in 2002. Imen also completed a Cycle de Spécialisation en Contrôle de Gestion program at IFOCOP in an unspecified year. More recently, they engaged in further education by completing a degree in Stratégie et expertise financières (analyse financière et normes IFRS) from Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers in 2019.
