Jacqueline Franco has had a diverse range of work experiences in the media industry. Jacqueline started their career as a Planner/Buyer at Initiative in 2001 and later worked as an International Media Planner at Universal McCann from 2003 to 2005. From 2005 to 2007, they were an Account Manager at Starcom MediaVest Group. Jacqueline then joined Mindshare, where they served as an International Director from 2007 to 2009 and as an International Business Director from 2010 to 2011. Jacqueline worked as an Emerging Leaders Committee Member at IAA UK from 2006 to 2012. In 2011, Jacqueline joined UM Worldwide as an International Group Account Director. Jacqueline held this role until 2017. Following that, they worked as an International Group Client Director at Initiative from 2018 to 2018. Jacqueline's most recent position, starting in 2018, is at IAA UK, where they serve as the Committee VP & UK ExCo Member. Currently, they are employed as a Client Director at MediaSense.
Jacqueline Franco attended UNSW from 1998 to 2000, where they pursued a BA in Media & Communications/Sociology. In 2019, they briefly attended Lambeth College, with a focus on Counselling Skills. Currently, they are enrolled at Imperial College Business School, undertaking an Executive Development Programme (L7 Senior Leader Apprenticeship w/Corndel) from 2022 to 2024.
