Mary C Conte

Mary C Conte is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources, conflict resolution, and legal consulting. Since July 2013, Mary has been the Human Resources and Financial Contracts Manager at FLi Artists, overseeing HR operations and developing guidelines. Mary also serves as a Neutral during union organizing campaigns with MWI and Foley Hoag LLP. Additionally, Mary is a Certified Mediator with the Los Angeles County Bar Association, specializing in community mediation and conflict resolution. Mary has held various mediation roles and legal positions throughout the entertainment industry, including notable contributions at California Lawyers for the Arts, Shout! Factory, and MGM. Academically, Mary holds multiple degrees, including a JD in Law and an MBA in Finance/Computer Science, and is a certified coach in grief and equine-assisted methodologies.
