Rishad Alam

Rishad Alam has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Rishad is currently working at MediaValet as a Principal Product Manager since March 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Product Manager at MediaValet from March 2021 to March 2023.

Before joining MediaValet, Rishad worked at IT Glue as a Product Manager from May 2019 to September 2020. Rishad also served as a Product Owner at Colligo from September 2016 to May 2018.

Rishad has extensive experience in the software industry, having worked as a Product Manager at Maximizer Software, Inc. from September 2015 to September 2016 and at FINCAD from April 2014 to September 2015. Rishad started their career at FINCAD as a Requirements Analyst in March 2012, and later transitioned to the role of Quality Assurance Engineer in 2008.

Prior to their roles in the software industry, Rishad worked at Electronic Arts (EA) as an Automation Analyst from 2005 to 2008, and at BRAC as a Research Coordinator in 2004.

Rishad Alam has pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Computing Science from Simon Fraser University. Additionally, they have completed a Business Analysis certificate program from The University of British Columbia. Rishad has also attained certification in Product Management from Pragmatic Institute, achieving a level 4 certification in this field.
