Derek Burton

Derek Burton is a skilled professional in emergency services with extensive experience as a firefighter and Emergency Medical Technician (EMT). Currently serving as a firefighter at Crockett Carquinez Fire Department since 2020 and working with Medic Ambulance since September 2019, Derek has previously held firefighting roles at Arcata Fire Protection District and has also gained valuable experience as an EMT with ProTransport-1. Derek's career in safety began as the Head Lifeguard at Southampton Swim Club Inc.
