Mourice Basara

Mourice has over ten years of experience in Monitoring & Evaluation in different areas but mostly in health. He has a keen interest in the use of technology for evidence-based decision making and has been providing timely feedback to improve on data collection process and guide different intervention programs.

Prior to joining Medic, he worked at International Planned Parenthood Federation Africa Regional Office as M&E Officer where he supported different projects in data collection and analysis. He also worked as the Regional eHealth Specialist at the Millennium Villages Project where he led the implementation of eHealth and mHealth solutions within the East and Southern Africa Millennium Villages Sites and played a key role in mobile data gathering within the organization.
