Victor Emmanuel Manriquez Pedraza has been working in various industries since 2011. Victor Emmanuel began their career as a Store Manager at Tapioca World. In 2015, they moved to CNH Industrial as a Transportation Planner, where they were responsible for emergencies solutions, supplier development, quotation and purchase order creation, and SCRAP control. In 2016, they worked as a Human Resources Assistant at Mabe Corporativo, where they were in charge of employees and non-employees check in/out control, career plan creation, and training schedule development. From 2017 to 2020, they worked at Bombardier as a Material & Production Planner, where they were responsible for cost reduction of stucked material, MTS assembly shipment, and MTO sub assembly planning. Currently, they are a Supply Chain Business Manager at Médica Santa Carmen, where they are responsible for operation cost reduction, inventory control, operations budget administration, purchase orders approval, needs priorization, and operations needs attendance.

Victor Emmanuel Manriquez Pedraza obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) in Negocios internacionales/Comercio internacional from Escuela Bancaria y Comercial from 2013 to 2017. Prior to this, they attended Tecnológico de Monterrey from 2010 to 2013, where they obtained a Bachillerato. Victor Emmanuel also holds certifications from HR SMART INSTITUTE-HRSI® for Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt, and Lean Six Sigma White Belt, obtained in 2020. Victor Emmanuel also holds certifications from Comisión Federal para Prevención contra Riesgos Sanitarios (COFEPRIS) for Sistema Integral de Capacitación en Dispensación, obtained in 2020, and from The TOEFL® test and TOEIC® Program for TOEFL TEST and TOEIC TEST, respectively.
