Andrea Villanueva

Andrea Villanueva has extensive experience in customer service and financial counseling within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as a Processor at Medicaid Done Right since May 2022, Andrea previously held roles including IMC Specialized LTC at the County of Onslow, Financial Counselor at PRUITTHEALTH - NEUSE, LLC, and Case Manager Specialized-LTC/SA at Onslow County Social Services. Starting as an Office Assistant at Family Eye Care, responsibilities included interviewing and gathering data from clients, analyzing insurance information, and explaining coverage options. Andrea is currently pursuing further education at Coastal Carolina Community College after graduating from Richlands High School in 1999.
