Wade Welter

Wade Welter is a skilled Product Development Engineer with extensive experience in the medical devices industry, currently employed at Medical 21, Inc. since January 2022 and previously at Abbott from August 2015 to February 2022. Wade has a proven track record in developing test methods and fixtures, managing testing processes, conducting failure analysis, and documenting critical project information. Prior to these roles, Wade gained valuable experience as an Engineering Intern at RMS and held multiple positions in retail, including supervision and training of employees at Mills Fleet Farm and Hollister Co. Wade holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering from St. Cloud State University and an Associate of Arts degree from North Hennepin Community College.
