Andrew Estrada

Andrew Estrada is an HR Talent Specialist at MANA Medical Associates of Northwest Arkansas, where responsibilities include onboarding new employees, explaining company culture, and supporting recruitment efforts. Previously, Andrew worked as a Recruiter at SpringPoint Technologies, focusing on Managed Services and Staffing solutions. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Off Duty Management, innovative recruitment strategies were developed to attract candidates within the law enforcement community. Andrew has also contributed to community engagement through roles at Threshold Ministries, conducted candidate research at Walker Elliott, and gained customer service experience at Chick-fil-A. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Baylor University and is pursuing a Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing at Liberty University.
