Candace Eastman

Candace Eastman is a highly experienced Family Nurse Practitioner currently serving at Aceso Urgent Care and Wellness since October 2019 and The Medical Center of Southeast Texas since May 2016, alongside a concurrent role at Bridge City Family Medical Clinic. Previously, Candace held a position as Assistant Director of Nursing at The Oaks at Beaumont from March 2007 to May 2016 and worked as a Registered Nurse in various capacities at Baptist Hospitals of Southeast Texas, including as Director of Marketing and Admissions and prn staff in the emergency department. Early nursing experience includes a role as a field case manager at Encompass Home Health & Hospice and multiple positions at Baptist Hospitals, starting as a CNA/ER Tech before advancing to an RN. Candace holds a Master's degree in Family Practice Nursing and multiple nursing degrees from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center and Excelsior University, with foundational training at Lamar State College Orange.
