Tuan Nguyen

Tuan Nguyen is an IS Tech at The Medical Center of Southeast Texas, where responsibilities include completing iSupport Help Desk service requests and providing assistance with the organization's computer system since July 2018. Prior to this role, Tuan served as a Solution Center Analyst at Brock Group from April 2015 to April 2018, delivering Helpdesk and troubleshooting support to 85 locations and 2,500 users across the United States. Tuan holds an Associate of Applied Science degree in Computer Networking and Troubleshooting from Lamar Institute of Technology and an Associate of Applied Science degree in Instrumentation Technology from Lamar State College-Port Arthur.
