Christopher Pawela

Christopher Pawela serves as an Associate Professor in multiple departments at the Medical College of Wisconsin, including Biomedical Engineering and Anesthesiology, with secondary appointments in Biophysics and Plastic Surgery. Since July 2008, Christopher has held various academic roles, advancing from Assistant Professor to Associate Professor. Additionally, Christopher is the Founding Editor-in-Chief of the journal Brain Connectivity and works as a Research Scientist with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. Christopher holds a Ph.D. in Biophysics from the Medical College of Wisconsin, and prior degrees include an MS in Chemistry and a BS in Bacteriology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
