Celal Sami Tüfekci

Celal Sami Tüfekci currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors at Makine ve Kimya Endüstrisi A.Ş. and ULAK HABERLEŞME A.Ş., as well as Deputy Minister at the Republic of Turkey Ministry of National Defence. With extensive experience in advisory roles, Tüfekci is a member of the Advisory Boards for the Departments of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Aerospace Engineering at Bilkent University, Gazi University, and Orta Doğu Teknik University, respectively. Previously, Tüfekci held the position of Vice President at the Presidency of Defence Industries, overseeing various critical sectors including industrialization and R&D. Academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and multiple degrees from institutions such as Northeastern University and Gazi University.
