Jennifer Doome Wozniak

Jennifer Doome Wozniak has a comprehensive work experience spanning over two decades. Jennifer started their career as an HR Intern at HM Graphics in 2003. Jennifer then joined Palermos Pizza as an HR Generalist in 2004, where they managed various HR functions such as vendor selection, benefits management, and payroll processing. In 2010, Jennifer transitioned to the Medical College of Wisconsin, where they held multiple roles. Jennifer initially served as an HRIS Analyst, responsible for data integrity, error correction, and benefits management. Later, they became a Senior HRIS Analyst, focusing on project execution, test scripts development, and metrics creation. From 2015 to 2019, they excelled as an HRIS Supervisor, overseeing a team and driving the promotion of one of their members. Recently, Jennifer served as the HR Systems and Data Manager, mentoring their team and conducting performance reviews. Jennifer is currently working at the Medical College of Wisconsin as the Director, HR Systems and Data.

Jennifer Doome Wozniak obtained a Bachelor's degree in HR from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater between 1999 and 2003.
