Bill Benger

Bill Benger joined Drive DeVilbiss Healthcare in 2023 as its Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Mr. Benger has more than 20 years of financial leadership experience across both private and publicly held companies, ranging in size from $250M to $4B of annual revenues. His experience spans corporate finance, including financial planning and analysis (FP&A), accounting and reporting, commercial, treasury, business development, investor relations, and international business operations. Prior to joining Drive, Mr. Benger held several senior finance leadership roles at Ortho Clinical Diagnostics, including serving in the Office of the CFO, and as Vice President, Corporate FP&A and Head of Global Commercial Finance. He joined Ortho during the carve-out from Johnson & Johnson in a transaction sponsored by The Carlyle Group and played an integral role in establishing Ortho as an independent, stand-alone company, followed by its IPO in 2021 and then merger with Quidel Corporation in 2022. Before joining Ortho, he held senior finance roles with Nova Biomedical, National Grid and PerkinElmer. Mr. Benger holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Babson College and an M.B.A. from Northeastern University.
