Mary Jim Evans

Mary Jim Evans serves as the construction supervisor for Medical Development Corp through a consulting role. She has spent over 20 years practicing design and construction while developing the expertise to find solutions for complex construction issues in commercial real estate. Backed by a Master’s in Architecture, her career spans general construction, real estate development, dispute resolution, and sustainability.

Ms. Evans’s direct construction management experience includes core property types: multi-family, hospitality, retail, office, and historic renovation. Additionally, she has provided expert construction management review, analysis, and evaluation for a diverse range of disputed projects, including multi-family, commercial, hospitality, convention center, airport, courthouse, and industrial facilities. She has delivered the expert analysis to successfully defend schedule claims, labor claims, and equipment claims, as well as change order reviews that have saved Owners millions of dollars.
