Courtney Williams

Courtney Williams has extensive work experience in human resources, specifically in the role of Regional Director of Human Resources. Courtney started their career at Blue Ridge Therapy Connection in 2005, where they worked in community relations for ten years. In 2015, they joined Medical Facilities of America as an HRM before transitioning to their current role as Regional Director of Human Resources. In 2021, they also worked briefly at Retirement Unlimited Inc as a Regional Director of Human Resources.

Courtney Williams pursued their education in Sociology, obtaining their Bachelor's Degree from Virginia Tech in 2010. Courtney furthered their academic journey at the same institution, completing a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Sociology from 2010 to 2012.
