David Flench

David Flench, FACHE, MBA, is a seasoned healthcare executive with extensive experience in the medical fitness industry. Currently serving as President & CEO of the Medical Fitness Association since November 2013, David has also held various leadership roles, including Interim President & CEO and Chairman of the Board. As a member of the Board of Advisors for the National Posture Institute, David contributes expertise in fitness and posture rehabilitation. Previously, David coordinated fitness business management programs at Educational Fitness Solutions and directed wellness initiatives at Hancock Regional Hospital. David's career includes roles in management at Sarasota Memorial Health Care System, Baptist Health South Florida, and OhioHealth, complemented by academic contributions as an adjunct faculty member at Columbus State Community College. David holds a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from The Ohio State University and an MBA from Franklin University.
