Jean Torchon

Jean Torchon has extensive experience in client services and customer support, currently serving as a Client Services Specialist at Medical Guardian since March 2015. In this role, Jean ensures accurate communication regarding products, services, and billing while assisting customers with their accounts and resolving issues. Prior to this, Jean worked at TD as an Online Banking Specialist II, opening new accounts and processing unauthorized transaction claims. Early experience includes a position at Canon, Inc., where Jean managed high volumes of customer inquiries, efficiently entered service requests, and scheduled technician visits. Jean holds an Associate of Arts degree from Kingsborough Community College and a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from Wilmington University.
