Joshua Muskovitz

Joshua Muskovitz has over 25 years of experience in software engineering. In 1998, they began their career as the Director of Interface Development at Webmind, Inc., where they designed and developed the client/server APIs and user interface of the Webmind product. Joshua then moved on to Openservice, Inc. in 2000 as a Principal Engineer, where they designed and developed a replacement for existing license key management system, substantially simplifying sales fulfillment. In 2002, they became the Director of Core Technologies at Preclick Corporation and designed and developed three generations of Preclick Organizer, a digital photo organizer for Windows. Joshua then joined Alteryx, Inc. (formerly SRC, LLC) in 2006 as a Senior Developer in the Core Technology Group and designed and developed reporting tools and Alteryx Scheduler and Alteryx Web Wizard. In 2009, they moved on to Rational Enterprise (formerly Rational Retention) as a Senior Software Developer and designed and developed a Windows service and kernel driver for automating e-Discovery. Joshua then became a UX Consultant at The UX Emporium and a Consultant at Rio Software, LLC. In 2012, they rejoined BroadSoft, Inc. as a Senior Software Engineer and was responsible for designing and developing two major releases of BroadCloud Web Collaboration. In 2018, they joined Cisco as a Senior Software Engineer and continued to develop and support BroadSoft's BroadCloud Web Collaboration product. Joshua is currently employed at Medical Informatics Corp. as a Senior Software Engineer.

Joshua Muskovitz attended Bard College at Simon's Rock from 1982 to 1985, where they studied Liberal Arts. Joshua then attended Grand Valley State University from 1985 to 1987, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics.
