Carol Perryman

Co-editor, Hypothesis: Journal Of The Research Section Of The Medical Library Association at Medical Library Association

Carol Perryman is an Associate Professor at Texas Woman's University since August 2009, where also serves as Co-Editor of the Texas Woman's University Student Journal, an open-access, peer-reviewed publication. Perryman has extensive experience in library and information science, including roles such as Co-Editor for the Hypothesis: Journal of the Research Section of the Medical Library Association and a member of Healthline since 2010. Previous positions include Coordinator for Healthinfo Island within the National Network of Libraries of Medicine project, Medical Librarian at Saint Francis Medical Center Library, and Information Specialist at Johnson County Public Library. Education credentials include a Ph.D. in Library and Information Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, along with master's and bachelor's degrees in Library and Information Science and Business Management, respectively, and an Associate’s Degree in Library Science.
