George Mallinos has extensive work experience in various management positions. George started their career at International Approvals Services in 1991 as a Certification Manager and worked there until 1996. George then joined Canadian Standards Association as an Operations Manager in the Electronics Division from 1996 to 1999. George then moved to Underwriters Laboratories in 1999 and held the position of Director, Operations & Various Management Positions. In this role, they led multi-discipline and global teams in process improvement and organizational re-engineering. George implemented system implementations to transform UL into a virtual work space and streamline workflows. In 2011, George joined CSA International as a Senior Manager, Process Improvement until 2014. George then joined Medical Mutual in 2015 as a Senior Customer Experience Project Manager. George progressed to the role of Manager, Customer Insights from 2017 to 2021, and is currently serving as the Director, Customer Experience Performance.
George Mallinos attended the University of Toronto from 1987 to 1991, where they earned a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Mechanical Engineering.
