Steve Pedersen

Steve oversees all legal matters, including regulatory compliance, contracts, litigation, risk management, government affairs and enterprise-wide legal strategy. Before joining Medical Solutions in 2018, Steve had served as the managing director and general counsel of Javlin Capital and as general counsel of Hayneedle.com. Prior to moving in-house, he was a partner at the law firm of Kutak Rock LLP. Steve is a summa cum laude graduate of Creighton University and obtained his juris doctorate degree from Duke University School of Law.
