Eileen Sobel

Eileen Sobel, M.S., SPHR, serves as the Director of Human Resources at Medical Specialists of the Palm Beaches, Inc. since April 2023, overseeing HR functions within a primary care-focused, multi-specialty physician group practice. Previously, Eileen worked as a People Operations Consultant at Shoes For Crews, addressing various HR projects. As a Human Resource Senior Manager at TherapeuticsMD, Eileen focused on women's health in the pharmaceutical sector. Eileen's experience also includes serving as Human Capital Manager at Kira Labs Inc., where responsibilities spanned strategic planning and employee relations, and roles in talent acquisition at Sancilio & Company. Eileen's earlier positions include national recruiting management and talent sourcing in staffing agencies, along with office management and HR roles. Eileen holds a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from Adelphi University.
