Victoria Holden Assoc CIPD serves as the Head of People and Customer Service at Medichecks since April 2018, contributing to the senior leadership team and focusing on employee engagement, leadership development, and fostering a diverse and high-performance culture. Prior experience also includes managerial positions at Domestic & General, overseeing contact center performance and service delivery. Victoria holds a BSc in Psychology from Nottingham Trent University, as well as prior educational qualifications from Grantham College and Kesteven and Grantham Girls Grammar School.
