Andrey Gagunashvili

Andrey Gagunashvili is a Bioinformatics Data Scientist with experience at Medicines Discovery Catapult and UCL. With a background in Genome Sciences/Genomics and Molecular Biology, Andrey has worked on identifying pathogenic genetic variants in patients with rare congenital diseases through whole-exome and whole-genome sequencing data analysis. Prior to their current roles, Andrey has also held positions at Roche NimbleGen Inc. and deCODE genetics.
