Ken Files has over two decades of experience in the clinical research and professional services sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Professional Services Sales at Medidata Solutions since June 2013, Ken has progressed through various roles including Director/Sr. Director and Strategic Services Account Manager. Prior experience includes a tenure at ICON Clinical Research from September 2000 to May 2013, where Ken held positions such as Vice President of Interactive Technologies, Director, Group Manager, and Project Manager. Ken holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Texas Tech University, obtained between 1984 and 1988.
