Currently serving as Sr. Director of the Strategic Program Management Office at Medifast, Inc. since June 2023, Carol previously held the role of Director at the Strategic Delivery Office at MissionSquare Retirement from October 2016 to May 2023, where significant contributions were made to evolve the Enterprise Program Management Office and implement a comprehensive Project Portfolio Management strategy.
