Dana Derflinger

Dana Derflinger currently serves as the Provider Relations Network Manager at MediGold, overseeing the contracting process for a Medicare Advantage plan network and focusing on network growth and member experience. Prior to this role, Dana spent 13 years at MercyOne, leading the Physician Relations & Medical Affairs team, managing various committees, and directing a budget while enhancing the integration of clinical and operational functions to support medical professionals. Earlier experience includes marketing and account management at Doll Distributing, LLC, and a position as a reporter/photographer at WQAD-TV. Dana holds a Project Management Certificate from Google Creative Campus and a Bachelor of Arts in Electronic Media with a minor in Journalism from the University of Northern Iowa.
