In addition to this role, Tom serves as the International & Operations Director and Chairman at Santander, focusing on the Life Science Industry and providing strategic insights to support UK businesses in global markets. Previously, Tom held significant positions at Medilink UK and the Department for International Trade, leading various teams and initiatives aimed at promoting international trade and collaboration within the Life Sciences and Healthcare sectors.
