Neil McMillan

Neil McMillan is an experienced professional in the sports and healthcare industries, currently serving as an Extremities and Trauma Technology Specialist at MedInc of Texas, an Arthrex Distributor, since November 2022. Prior to this role, Neil held various positions at Athlete Training and Health from December 2016 to October 2022, including Vice President of Operations, General Manager of Houston, Director of Training Systems, and Senior Performance Coach. As a co-founder of City Athlete from January 2012 to November 2016, Neil also contributed to rugby as both a player and coach at the New York Athletic Club and Fordham Preparatory School. Neil's professional rugby career spanned from Ulster Rugby to Harlequins Rugby and Sale Sharks Rugby Club, beginning in 2001 and concluding in 2012. Educational background includes time at Belfast Royal Academy from 1992 to 1999.
