Clodagh Rice has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Clodagh began their career in 2005 as a Sales Executive & Business Coordinator at Armitage Venesta, where they managed key accounts and built strong client relationships. In 2007, they worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Hays before joining Downer in 2008 as an Internal Recruiter. At Downer, they coordinated the recruitment process for a large mine, handling candidate selection, screening, and contract management. From 2009 to 2012, they served as a Customer Service Team Leader and Internal Recruiter at Airtricity, overseeing the recruitment process for a department of over 100 staff. From 2012 to 2016, they worked at Cornmarket Group Financial Services, first as a Recruitment Specialist and later as part of HR Operations. In their role, they partnered with the business to meet HR needs, provided advice and support on HR issues, and developed and managed induction training programs. Since 2016, Clodagh has been working at Mediolanum Irish Operations, where they currently hold the positions of Human Resources Manager and Head of Diversity & Inclusion.
Clodagh Rice's education history includes a Professional Diploma in Strategic Human Resource Management from the Irish Management Institute, which they pursued from 2021 to 2022. Prior to that, they obtained a CIPD Diploma in HRM from the National College of Ireland between 2012 and 2013. Their undergraduate education took place from 2000 to 2004 at the Technological University Dublin, where they earned a BBS Hons degree in Business Studies with a focus on Marketing Management.
