Mariano Mesolella

Mariano Mesolella has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Mariano started their career as a naval officer in the Marina Militare Italiana, serving from 1995 to 1998. Mariano then worked as a bank officer at Monte dei Paschi di Siena in Italy from 1999 to 2000. In 2001, they became an accounts executive at Lucent Technologies Ireland. From 2002 to 2008, they worked as an accountant at Mediolanum International Funds. Mariano then transitioned to Mediolanum International Life, where they held various roles including life operations manager from 2008 to 2010, senior life portfolio administration manager from 2010 to 2016, and money laundering reporting officer from 2013 to 2016. Since 2016, they have been with Mediolanum Irish Operations, first as a learning & development manager from 2016 to 2017, and currently as the head of human resources.

Mariano Mesolella completed a Diploma in Human Resource Management with a focus on Human Resources Management and Services from Ibec-DIT in 2016-2017. In 2013-2014, they also obtained a Professional Certificate in Compliance from the Institute of bankers - ACOI.
