George Polimenakos

George Polimenakos has a diverse work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. In the most recent role, they are the Head of Beacon Medical Australia at MediPharm Labs, where they specialize in the production of cannabinoid-based derivatives and pharmaceutical ingredients. Prior to that, they worked as a Regional Sales Manager at Arrotex Pharmaceuticals and held various positions at Tilray, including General Manager Medical ANZ and Business Director. George also worked at Norgine as the Head of Sales Operations ANZ and as a Regional Sales Manager. Earlier in their career, they were a State Sales Manager at Sigma Pharmaceuticals and held several roles at Eli Lilly, including Specialist Sales Associate and Medical Representative. Overall, George has demonstrated expertise in sales, marketing, and management within the pharmaceutical industry.

George Polimenakos completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Anatomy from UNSW from 1995 to 1999. George then pursued a Medicines Australia degree in Code of Conduct at Deakin University from 2003 to 2004. Prior to these higher education qualifications, George Polimenakos attended Sydney Technical High School from 1991 to 1994 and received their High School Certificate of Competence Program.
