Mark Jang

Mark Jang has extensive experience in real estate development and construction. Mark has held various roles at different companies, including Medistar Corporation, AFM Ventures, Lauth Group, Inc., Gap Inc./ Gap, Corporex, Duke Realty Corporation, and Stephen Gross and Sons. Their responsibilities have included sourcing deals, securing optimal land for projects, project planning and financial modeling, negotiating agreements with end users, obtaining entitlements and permits, and managing A&E teams. Mark has also managed capital projects, developed relationships with end users, and handled pre-development activities. Jang has experience in budgeting, completing due diligence, securing financing, and overseeing the construction process. Mark has proven expertise in various aspects of real estate development and construction.

Mark Jang attended the University of Cincinnati from 1984 to 1990, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
