Cynthia Marchand

Cynthia Marchand is an experienced project manager with a focus on medical device development, currently working at Medistim ASA since August 2020, overseeing projects related to intra-operative transit time flow measurement (TTFM) for class III medical devices. Prior experience includes a role at MindMaze from April 2014 to July 2019, managing neuro-rehabilitation medical software development and leading an international cross-functional team. Cynthia began ambitions in bioengineering with a master's degree from EPFL and completed a master thesis at the Salk Institute, where skills in electrophysiology were developed, contributing to peer-reviewed publications. Additional experience includes quality control internships in pharmaceuticals and early work as a camp counselor teaching horseback riding.
