Håkon Christian Grøthe

Håkon Christian Grøthe has an extensive work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Håkon Christian currently holds the position of Chief Innovation Officer at Medistim ASA since April 2019. Prior to this, they served as a Mentor at Katapult Accelerator starting from December 2016. Between September 2016 and November 2018, Håkon was the CEO of Impact Reality AS, a subsidiary of EXP Group AS, where they focused on applying virtual reality and augmented reality to the value chains of businesses.

A significant part of Håkon's career was spent at Inspera AS, where they held multiple roles. From August 2015 to August 2016, they worked as a Strategic Consultant, and from June 2012 to July 2015, they served as the CEO, leading the establishment of a cloud service for digital assessments and formal exams. During their time at Inspera AS, Håkon also worked as the COO from May 2009 to June 2012.

Earlier in their career, Håkon worked at Mintra Trainingportal AS, where they held various positions such as Director of Business Development and Finance, Director of Sales and Marketing, Head of Business Development, Manager of Sales and Marketing, and Developer and Project Manager. Before joining Mintra Trainingportal AS, they served as a Project Manager and Programmer at Profdoc Norge AS from 1996 to 1997.

Håkon Christian Grøthe's education history begins in 1986 when they attended Nordstrand videregående, where they obtained their "Almenn studiekompetanse" degree. Following this, from 1989 to 1991, they attended Befalskolen for Kavaleriet, where they earned the degree of "Fenrik" specializing in "Vognkommandør stridsvogn". Lastly, from 1991 to 1995, they pursued their MSc degree at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU), focusing on Programming, Economics, and Organisational theory.
