Holly Baudler

Holly Baudler is an experienced legal professional with a strong background in patent litigation and corporate law. Currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel at Medius since August 2022, Holly has previously held significant positions, including Managing Counsel at Oracle from January 2017 to August 2022 and Sr. Director of Legal at NetSuite from September 2013 to January 2017. Prior roles include Patent Litigation Associate at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich and Rosati and a secondment at Symantec, as well as positions at Covington & Burling and Heller Ehrman. Holly holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Pennsylvania State University.
