Magnus von Garaguly

Magnus von Garaguly has a diverse work experience spanning over 14 years. Magnus began their career as an Auditor at KPMG, where they were responsible for reviewing the financial statements of various companies. Magnus then transitioned to the role of Financial Controller at Sapa Profiler AB, where they oversaw monthly closing, financial reporting, and project planning. Next, Magnus worked as a Group Controller at IFS, analyzing monthly reports, comparing results to forecasts, and reporting deviations to senior management. Magnus later advanced to the role of Group Consolidation Manager at IFS, where they ensured compliance with IFRS and IFS accounting principles. Magnus then joined Aleris Sverige as an Interim Senior Group Financial Controller before eventually joining Medius as the Head of Finance and Accounting.

Magnus von Garaguly obtained their Bachelor's degree in Economics/Business Administration from Halmstad University in 2004. Magnus then went on to pursue a Master's degree in International Accounting from the School of Business, Economics and Law at the University of Gothenburg from 2004 to 2006.
