Serge Alves

Serge Alves has extensive work experience in various managerial roles within the healthcare and insurance industry. Serge currently holds the position of Head of Operations UAE at MedNet Global Healthcare Solutions LLC. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Operations in Spain at Allianz Partners from 2021 to 2023. From 2018 to 2020, they were the Head of Allianz Services Morocco at Allianz Technology. Prior to that, they held multiple roles at Allianz Partners, including Chief Operating Officer - Mexico, Head of Global Competence Center - APAC, and Global Project Leader - Paris & Tokyo. These roles involved responsibilities such as leading large teams, driving operational performance, talent development, budgeting, pricing, and international assignments.

Serge Alves received their Master's degree in International Business Administration from ESCE International Business School in the years 2006 to 2011. Serge also attained a Master's degree in Law and Economics from IAE de Poitiers in 2010 to 2011. Prior to that, they completed their Baccalauréat in Economic and Social Studies from Groupe Scolaire Notre Dame de France from 2003 to 2006. Additionally, they obtained several certifications, including Foundations of Modern Finance from MITx on edX in 2021, PRINCE2™ Foundation Certification Training from the Project Management Institute in 2013, OpEx Black Belt from Allianz in 2012, and OpEx Blue Belt certified from Allianz in 2012.
