Additionally, Shelby has a background in patient access and education, having worked at the University of Northern Iowa and Alpha Phi Sorority. Shelby holds a Master's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from LSU Shreveport and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Northern Iowa.
