Lori Stakes

Lori Stakes is an experienced remote medical coder with a career spanning over two decades in various healthcare coding roles. Currently working at MedPartners HIM since May 2014, Lori specializes in coding outpatient reports using ICD-9 and ICD-10 diagnosis and procedural codes. Previous positions include coding for diverse specialties such as radiology, therapy, and ophthalmology at Aviacode, as well as responsibilities at EMM/East Coast Medical Management, McKesson Health Solutions, PRC Medical Inc., Northcoast Physicians, and Edgepark Surgical. Lori holds two Associate Degrees in Medical Coding from Davis Technical College, earned between 1997 and 1999.
