Amanda Smith

Amanda Smith has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Amanda started their career at Henkel in 2011 as a Lab Technician. Amanda then moved on to ASI Communications in 2004 where they served as a Central Station Manager, responsible for overseeing employees and resolving customer service issues. In 2016, Amanda joined Tuft & Needle as a Customer Experience Specialist, providing solutions to customer problems and supporting retail and outsourced support teams. Amanda also worked with the Supply Chain team to establish the Same Day delivery service. At Tuft & Needle, they later transitioned to the role of Software Quality Analyst, conducting testing on various projects and finding and documenting bugs. In 2021, Amanda became an Automation Engineer at Tuft & Needle, where they focused on writing end-to-end and regression tests and collaborating with front-end development teams. Amanda brought their skills to Carvana in 2022 as an Engineer 1, Quality Assurance, managing the Cypress test suite and contributing to the development of a testing strategy. Currently, Amanda holds the position of QA Engineer at Medplace, starting in 2023.

Amanda Smith attended Mesa Community College from 2004 to 2007, where they obtained an Associate of Arts (AA) degree. Amanda'sfield of study during this time is not specified. Amanda then pursued their Bachelor's of Science degree in Conservation Biology at Arizona State University, from 2008 to 2011.
