David Pulley has had a diverse range of work experience. David started their career in 1999 as a Senior Underwriter at Professional Risk Underwriters, LLC and stayed there until 2006. From 2001 to 2008, they were the President/Owner of Substantial Construction, Inc., where they successfully bought, renovated, and resold residential properties, growing the company from one employee to over twenty employees. In 2008, they joined Prime Insurance Company as an Underwriter and worked there until 2012. From 2012 to 2016, they served as the Vice President at OneBeacon Professional Insurance. Currently, they hold the position of Assistant Vice President at MedPro Group since 2016.

David Pulley has a Master of Science in Management degree in Risk Management/Insurance, which they obtained from the Florida State University - College of Business. David completed this program between the years 2010 and 2012. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management with a specialization in Finance from Brigham Young University. This degree was acquired between the years 1997 and 1999.
